Booking Deposit: Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of not less than 10% based upon provisional guest numbers
Interim Deposit: A further deposit of 40% is required 12 weeks prior to your Wedding.
Final Payment: The balance to be paid days prior to your Wedding.
Additional extras: Any additional costs or extras incurred on the day to be settled upon Departure.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or postponements must be made in writing and will result in the following charges becoming due. In each case the percentage charge is based upon the advance notice of cancellation given and applies to the estimated cost of the booking.
Cancellation once date confirmed: Booking Deposit retained
3-6 months prior: 50% of the total estimated cost
1 -3 months prior 75% of the total estimated cost
1 month or less 100% of the total estimated cost
